Who is St. Winifred?

You are always welcome to call us!

Baptism Classes: This class is offered on the last Monday evening of the Month for parents who wish to have a child baptized.

Preparation for First Penance for children:  Children in the 2nd grade who are Baptized and have completed a year of Religious Education prepare to receive the healing Sacrament of Penance in the Lenten Season.  

Preparation for Eucharist for children:  The children who have received First Penance then prepare to receive Jesus for the First time in the Sacrament of Eucharst .  Their immediate families walk them to the Table of the Lord at a Sunday Mass in the Easter Season. 

Preparation for Confirmation: This sacrament is celebrated with students in the Fall of their 9th Grade year. Preparation includes the 8 years of CCD or Catholic School and special events that allow these young teens understand the gifts of the Holy Spirit.

Rite of Christian Initation for Children (RCIC):  Invites children older than the 3rd grade level whose families want them to be part of the Catholic Faith to prepare for the Sacraments and understand how to participate in the life of the Church. 

Rite of Christian Initation for Adults (RCIA):  Welcomes adults who are interesed in knowing more about the teaching of the Catholic Faith or are preparing to receive the Sacraments.
