New Faith Formation Program

Family Catechsis

We have searched for the best programming available that offers families the opportunity to share even more the value of knowing of God's love and care for us. Coming together once a month after either the 8:30AM or 10:30 AM Mass, will enable us as a community of believers to support and encourage one another to live in God's love and peace.  Our children will discuss the topic of the week in their classes at age appropiate levels.  It will also offer parents and older family member the opportunity to hear and talk about our faith in a community setting.  At home,  books will be given that offers stories, and simple explanation will help parents communicate their value of participating in our Catholic Community through prayer and sharing faith.

This is a family friendly way of gathering, praying together, sharing our faith stories and coming to understand the richness of our Catholic Faith.  Parents will have the opportunity to share the value of participating in the Catholic Faith Community with their children with guided themes and stories of faith.

This program does replace the weekly faith formation sessions.

This type of programming is being encouraged by our Catholic Church because it respects the values of family life and deep recognition that it is the parents who first help their child know about the love of God.  It also recognizes the many obligations and schedules that families deal with week to week.
