We the parishioners of Saint Winifred are a community that strives to give witness to Jesus Christ and embody His presence in the daily lives of those with whom we live.  We live our faith with others through full participation in prayer rooted in the Sacred Liturgy of the Universal Roman Catholic Church.

Taize Prayer

A Taize Prayer will be held on Friday, April 7 at 7:00 p.m. in the church.  Taize Prayer calms the busy mind, offering quiet and holy time spent with our Lord.

Prayer, meditation, music and sacred silence will fill our worship space. You are invited to experience this beautifully simple and inspirational prayer form.

Refreshed in mind and spirit, you will leave with the calming presence of our Lord. Our prayer time will last 45-50 minutes, with fellowship provided afterwards.

St. Winifred's annual Fish Fry begins on Ash Wednesday, March 1 and runs through Lent including Good Friday. Dinners will be served from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. in Benedict Hall.  For more information and the menu click here

If you would like to volunteer for the Fish Fry, please call Darlene Vietmeier at 412-343-6929.  Donations of baked goods are welcome. Please drop your baked goods off in Benedict Hall after 2:00 p.m. on Fridays.
